The Agent Development Program is designed to foster insurance excellence, providing a robust and tailored learning experience for new agents and those seeking professional advancement.
Program Highlights:
- Customized Learning Experience: The program provides a personalized and branded Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance the learning experience. It includes features like agency group and team functionality, discussion forums for social learning, and a team dashboard.
- Extensive Diverse Learning Library: The program is on-demand and offers a robust curriculum covering a broad range of topics including: introduction to various insurance sectors, relationship management, coverage training for personal and commercial lines, insurance forms and ratings, best practices in CSR communication, technology management, professionalism for insurance agents, leadership skills, and more! All the courses are interactive and multi-modal designed to meet the needs of the modern learner. Many of the courses have already been approved for Continuing Education (CE) credits for personal and professional growth. These courses are designed to enhance knowledge and skills in various aspects of the insurance industry.
- Engagement and Recognition: Learners are motivated through customized access to user courses and branded awards. Each course completion is recognized with an InsurAcademy certificate of achievement.
- Support and Development: The program is supported by live monthly webinars, led by our industry experts on topics that are important to navigating the insurance industry. We are here to provide ongoing support, and various interactive learning tools.
- Progress Tracking and Reporting: The program includes customized reports for tracking student learning progress and achievements. Agency Learning Managers have access to detailed insights into learner activity, assessment progress, and scores.
- Mentor Program: Our Mentor Program offers in-depth training on essential insurance knowledge, personalized one-on-one mentorship, and soft skills development to enhance communication and client management.
