We want to offer this full scholarship to you for free, because we, the Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina (IIANC), know that by investing in your future career, we are investing in the future of our industry.

We are committed to attracting, developing and retaining quality agents to work in the nearly 1,000 Trusted Choice® independent insurance agencies across our state.

Please note - Students are responsible for direct expenses related to the licensing application, and fingerprint and exam fees. Currently, NC licensing fees are $187, fingerprint fees range from $10-$20, and the exam fees are $45 for each attempt of the two exams required (students must take the Property Exam and the Casualty Exam).

Upon successfully passing both exams, students will be reimbursed $90 for the exam fees.
